Guild Ranks
Master - Have demonstrated superior level of work, been with the group for a long time (Dukes, Duchesses)
Foreman - Have demonstrated excellent level of work, not as much as Masters (Earls, Countesses)
Journeyman - Have demonstrated above average level of work (Knights, Ladies)
Apprentice - Have done the basic level of work, usually a first year member (Squires, Maids)
Candidate - Just joined the group, we don't know level of work yet. (Pages)
