Shut up and Dance! with Damon Stone and Heather Meadows instruct and perform vintage dance, specializing in East Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Charleston, and Victorian social ballroom. We are available to teach private lessons with individuals, couples and small groups. We are also happy to arrange public workshops and group lessons in the Greater Bay Area.
